Sound Baths in Churches
I love to play in churches because of their acoustics and atmosphere. There are so many really beautiful unused churches in Norfolk we are spoiled for choice. From time to time I organise a gong bath in a nearby church so if you would be interested in one of these please let me know.
Waterloo Park Sound Bath
Join me and Jaime from Serene Sound Haven on the first Sunday of the month as we play together in the community room above the Feed Cafe in the middle of this city park. A vibrant venue with a great cafe so you can meet friends and family before or after the sound bath.
Angel Road, Old Catton, NR3 3HX
Private Event Sound Baths
Why not gather a group of your friends and / or family and experience a gong bath amongst yourselves? I have space for up to 6 people in my living room with a combination of sofa, floor space and a couple of upright high backed chairs. If you are looking for an intimate, intense (you will feel the vibrations from the gong through the floor as they vibrate!) experience then contact me to find a time to make this happen. I currently charge £50 for a one hour session
Harriet’s House
75 Church Street, Coltishall, NR12 7DW
Open Air Gong baths
This summer we played at Fairhaven Water Gardens and Mannington Hall. I will be planning some more open air venues for next Summer so watch this space!
St Lawrence’s Centre South Walsham
Join me on the first Monday of each month at this beautiful, warm, atmospheric venue. Restoration of this historic church began in 1992 and the church is now run as an arts and music centre. We can enjoy its underfloor heating and unique character as sounds from various instruments are played and their frequencies resonate around the wonderful space. Within easy reach of the city and many Broadland villages + easy free parking.
The Street, South Walsham, NR13 6DQ
St Lawrence Centre, South Walsham
This beautiful old church is very atmospheric and has underfloor heating making it one of my favourite venues for a monthly sound bath on the second monday of the month you will find me here with my gongs and percussion instruments ready to lull you into a calm, relaxed, meditative state of mind. Please bring your own mat or comfy chair to sit on and a blanket and a pillow. Price is £12pp
Waterloo Park Sound Bath
On the first Sunday of each month I host a sound bath with Jamie from Serene Sound. Held in the beautiful light and airy room above the Feed Cafe at Waterloo Park, Angel Road, this event is a lovely way to relax and unwind from any busy week and reset ready for the week ahead.
